Yes. It’s AGPLv3. You can build from source and share per the license.
Can I share the binaries when those ship?
Under the GPL/AGPL, recipients are free to redistribute the software; you cannot require redistributors to pay you or notify you. When we distribute binaries, we will offer equivalent access to the matching source in the same place. (Trademarks/brand assets remain protected separately.)
